Dr. María Escabí and Dr. Paul Garcia met at NYU College of Dentistry, married in 1999, and have practiced together for more than thirty years. Together, they opened GEN2 Dentistry to build the practice their way, bringing decades of shared experience into something entirely their own. Every case still gets two experienced perspectives and a shared love of beautiful, precise work.

For more than 30 years, Dr. María Escabí has built her career around one idea: great dentistry is never about doing more, it's about doing what's right. A graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry, she treats patients in both English and Spanish, and every plan starts the same way — a thorough diagnosis, careful listening, and an approach that preserves natural tooth structure wherever possible.

Her philosophy is minimally invasive: long-term oral health first, and smiles that work as well as they look. She has spent thousands of hours in continuing education with some of the most respected teachers in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, endodontics, Invisalign, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

Her clinical focus includes smile makeovers, porcelain veneers, Invisalign, restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, and full-mouth rehabilitation. She is happiest helping patients who have lost confidence in their smile get it back.

With her husband and fellow NYU graduate, Dr. Paul Garcia, she founded GEN2 Dentistry to build exactly the practice they had always pictured.

For more than three decades, Dr. Paul Garcia has focused on rebuilding smiles — and the confidence that comes with them. A graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry, he is known in Davie, FL for implant dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, digital dentistry, and facial esthetics, pairing surgical precision with an artistic eye.

He plans around the whole person, not just the teeth: facial harmony, function, long-term stability, and what the patient actually wants. Whether it's one missing tooth or an entire smile, the approach is conservative and built to last.

He has completed thousands of hours of advanced training in implant surgery, bone regeneration, occlusion, cosmetic dentistry, and digital workflows, and he brings the proven parts into daily practice — iTero scanning, CBCT-guided planning, digital smile design, 3D printing, and PRF regenerative therapy.

With his wife and fellow NYU graduate, Dr. María Escabí, he founded GEN2 Dentistry in Davie.

Julie has been a cherished part of Dr. Escabí's journey for over 25 years. As our lead assistant, and truly the heart of our team, Julie is the person everyone turns to. She knows where everything is, how everything works, and always finds a way to bring comfort and calm to those around her. Her quiet strength, wisdom, and compassionate spirit make her an extraordinary presence in our office and a true example of kindness, dedication, and genuine care.

Hygienist

Jessica is a gentle, caring, and highly knowledgeable dental hygienist with a true passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health. With expertise in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), she combines advanced techniques with a personalized, comfortable approach for every patient. Her attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to excellence allow her to provide thorough, compassionate care at every visit, in a welcoming environment where people feel valued, understood, and cared for.

Dental Assistant

Cherie brings the sweetest smile and the kindest heart to our office. With over 40 years of experience as a chairside dental assistant, she has dedicated her career to creating a comfortable, positive, and caring experience for every patient she meets. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and calming presence put patients at ease from the moment they sit in the chair. Cherie has had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Garcia for over 25 years, becoming not only an invaluable team member but a trusted partner in providing exceptional care. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine love for people are felt by everyone who walks through our doors.

Jeanie is a seasoned, dedicated dental hygienist whose experience and clinical knowledge make her an invaluable part of our team. Dr. Garcia and Dr. Escabí have had the pleasure of working alongside Jeanie for over 20 years, witnessing firsthand her commitment to excellence and the genuine care she provides. With over 30 years of experience, she combines the best of traditional preventive dentistry with today's most advanced technology, including Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). Office Manager

Viviana brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to GEN2 Dentistry, with over 20 years of success in the corporate world. Although she may be only 5 feet tall, her personality, enthusiasm, and presence are larger than life!

Patients quickly fall in love with her warm smile, contagious energy, and genuine care. Viviana is sweet, personable, and always ready with a friendly conversation, while also bringing the knowledge, organization, and leadership needed to keep our office running smoothly.
